Burlington Stores in Duluth, GA is hiring a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure shopping environment while delivering friendly customer service. You will monitor entrances, engage with customers, and support store leadership in reducing theft.

The role requires a confident, energetic greeting, strong awareness, ability to stand for long shifts, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Part-time with competitive wage and associate discount.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection or Loss Prevention preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to stay vigilant and maintain safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident greeting and provide service.
• Identify and report theft incidents to Management on Duty as needed.
• Support training and adherence to shortage reduction programs.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with dress standards.
