Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain a secure environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and a confident, energetic greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious behavior to the Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag and package checks on store associates, ensuring safety and security standards.
• Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Partner with store and field leadership to uphold safety standards and report concerns promptly.
