Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility. You will contribute to resident health and wellness, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

You will manage nutrition plans, educate residents and staff, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role involves flexible schedules and potential benefits across locations.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential required or RD eligibility.
• State licensure in good standing in the practice state.
• Knowledge of state survey processes and nutrition regulations preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required by state/local/customers.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents/patients clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings based on needs.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
