HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join as a part-time clinician (2 days per week) serving residents in South Shore/Norfolk County, MA. The LMHC will provide behavioral health services within nursing facilities, with travel across assigned sites and full clinical autonomy.

This role offers an opportunity for a stable, patient-centered practice with support from HealthDrive’s administrative and clinical teams, including 100% malpractice coverage and on-site

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field.
• State LMHC license is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to facilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide behavioral health services to nursing home residents.
• Deliver 1-on-1 therapy sessions.
• Suggest interventions to nursing home staff.
• Perform risk assessments when needed.
• Document clinical notes in EMR.
