Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to work in nursing facilities across the Greater Boston area, including Malden, Chelsea, Saugus, and Danvers. The role offers flexible schedules and full clinical autonomy in a permanent position with benefits for full-time hires.

Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, 1-on-1 therapy, and collaboration with facility staff. Must travel daily within the territory and maintain EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field.
• Active LMHC license in MA.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to residents in nursing facilities and long-term care settings.
• Complete psychosocial assessments.
• Provide individual therapy (1-on-1) to residents.
• Recommend behavioral interventions to nursing home staff.
• Enter patient information and clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Daily travel to skilled nursing facilities as part of mobile treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
