Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a part-time or full-time role serving residents in nursing and assisted living facilities across Greater Boston, including Malden, Chelsea, Saugus, and Danvers. This on-site position offers full clinical autonomy, an established patient base, and comprehensive administrative support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field.
• State professional LMHC license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments
• Provide 1-on-1 therapy to patients
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff
• Conduct risk assessments as needed
• Enter patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities
