Geode Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the Charlotte, NC area to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions through psychotherapy. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, with a mix of on-site and telehealth sessions and a goal to coordinate care within an integrated team.

Candidates should be fully licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent) in NC, possess experience with comprehensive assessments, and be comfortable with EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as a mental health therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in North Carolina.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency with an EMR system and accurate EHR documentation.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders with psychotherapy across the spectrum.
• Help clients define goals and gain insights to inform care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed.
