The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days on-site and two days of telehealth, allowing you to tailor your patient load while maintaining work-life balance. You will collaborate with an integrated care team and support ongoing care coordination.

Formación

• Active license (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) in Texas.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency with an EMR system and accurate EHR documentation.
• Experience providing psychotherapy across a broad range of mental health disorders.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
