Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of leasing or sales experience in multifamily properties.

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartments through in-person and virtual tours.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
• Assist applicants with the leasing process and ensure timely completion of applications and agreements.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, current incentives, and performance goals.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and stay informed about market trends and rental rates.
