Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leasing or sales experience, preferably in multifamily properties.
• Valid driver’s license required and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations; ability to comply with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartments through in-person and virtual tours.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
• Assist applicants with the leasing process and ensure timely completion of applications and agreements.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, current leasing incentives, and performance goals.
• Ensure model and target apartments are tour-ready at all times.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies, including online listings, signage, and outreach events.
• Stay informed about competitor properties, local market trends, and rental rates.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and address inquiries and maintenance requests promptly.
