Job summary

Francis Property Management, Inc. seeks a Flex Leasing Agent (Floater) to lease vacant apartment homes across the Houston portfolio, support resident retention, and promote the community through effective marketing.

You will conduct in-person and virtual tours, respond to inquiries, process applications, and maintain accurate records. The role demands strong service, knowledge of Yardi or similar PM software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartments through in-person and virtual tours.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
• Assist applicants with the leasing process and ensure timely completion of applications and agreements.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, current leasing incentives, and performance goals.
• Ensure model and target apartments are tour-ready at all times.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies, including online listings, signage, and outreach events.
• Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents.
• Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
• Process rental applications, screening, and related addenda.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, agreements, and move-in/move-out documentation.
