Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a PT Inventory Specialist in Boulder to support store operations. You will receive, ticket, and prepare inventory for the floor, assist with markdowns, transfers, and return authorizations, and ensure accurate pricing and records.

You will work a minimum of 8 hours per week, help with replenishment, and coordinate with store leaders to optimize product placement while maintaining a clean, organized backroom and supply chain workflow.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking
• Ability to work independently in stores
• Strong organization and computer skills
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Must be able to lift 20–30 pounds and move items up to 50 pounds with a dolly

Responsibilities

• Act through HEART values in daily store leadership
• Work at least 8 hours weekly performing inventory tasks
• Process new shipments and verify quality before floor placement
• Maintain PO records, invoices and price tickets
• Partner with store leaders on product placement
• Manage daily replenishment and fulfill web/store orders queue
• Conduct weekly vendor item checks and transfers
• Transfer products between stores or to the warehouse
• Execute weekly markdowns and keep sale section organized
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness
• Order store supplies weekly
