Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a PT Inventory Specialist to keep our store operations flowing. You will receive, ticket and prepare inventory for the floor, support markdowns, transfers and return authorizations, and assist with backroom organization.

You will work a minimum of 8 hours per week and collaborate with store leaders to ensure accurate pricing, replenishment and efficient order fulfillment for customers both in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Collaborative team player with problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced store.
• Independent worker who can manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills to keep backroom and floor tidy.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer tasks helpful.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, ticket and prepare inventory for the floor.
• Assist with markdowns, transfers and return authorizations.
• Maintain purchase order records and price ticketing for new goods.
• Collaborate with store leaders on product placement.
• Manage daily replenishment and fulfill web/store orders.
• Conduct weekly checks for vendor transfers and returns.
• Keep backroom organized and stocked; order supplies weekly.
