Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Part-time Inventory Specialist to keep store operations smooth—receiving, tagging, and preparing inventory for the floor. You’ll support markdowns, transfers, and return authorizations while upholding our HEART values.

You will work at least 8 hours weekly, handling inventory tasks, POS records, and coordination with merchandisers to ensure a well-stocked styling floor.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges.
• Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores / self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values in daily tasks.
• Work a minimum of 8 hours per week executing inventory management tasks for the store team.
• Process new shipment deliveries and review for defects before floor placement.
• Maintain PO records, invoices and price ticketing of new goods.
• Partner with store leaders on product placement and replenishment.
• Manage daily replenishment and fulfill web orders and transfers.
• Conduct weekly checks for item returns to vendors and transfers to/from the store.
