Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a PT Inventory Specialist to help keep the store running smoothly by receiving, ticketing, and preparing inventory for the floor. You will assist with markdowns, transfers, and return authorizations while coordinating with store leadership.

Responsibilities include maintaining PO records in the POS system, processing invoices, and ensuring timely fulfillment of web orders and inter-store transfers.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at solutions
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking
• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated
• Strong organization and computer skills
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed
• Must be able to lift 20–30 pounds and move items weighing up to 50 pounds with a dolly

Responsibilities

• Receive, ticket, and prepare inventory for the floor
• Assist with markdowns, transfers and return authorizations
• Maintain purchase order records in POS system and manage invoices and price tickets
• Coordinate with store leaders and merchandisers on product placement
• Manage daily replenishment and fulfillment queue for web orders and other stores
• Execute weekly item transfers to vendors or stores and to the warehouse as directed
• Support effective backroom organization and maintain supplies for store operations
