Job summary

EVEREVE in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a PT Inventory Specialist to support store operations by receiving, ticketing, and preparing inventory for the floor while assisting with markdowns, transfers, and returns.

You will work at least 8 hours per week, collaborating with store leaders, maintaining accurate records, and helping keep the backroom organized. This role offers flexible scheduling and a friendly HEART-values culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values (Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Relationships, Tenacity).
• Work a minimum of 8 hours per week performing inventory tasks for the store team.
• Process new shipment deliveries and review for defects before placing on the floor.
• Maintain purchase order records in the POS system and manage invoices and price tickets.
• Collaborate with store leaders and merchandisers on product placement on the floor.
• Manage daily replenishment and pull for the styling floor.
• Fulfill web orders and transfers between stores; conduct weekly vendor item returns and transfers.
• Conduct transfers of product to other stores or the warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and support the merchandiser's sale section.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness per directives.
• Order store supplies weekly to ensure operation.
