Job summary

EVEREVE in Austin, TX is seeking a PT Inventory Specialist to help keep the store running smoothly by receiving, ticketing and preparing inventory for the floor.

You will support markdowns, transfers and fulfillment of web orders, and collaborate with store leaders and merchandisers to place products on the styling floor.

Maintain backroom organization and accurate records, review shipments for defects, and ensure shelves are stocked and ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores / self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management tasks for the store team, 8+ hours weekly.
• Process new shipment deliveries and review product for defects prior to floor placement.
• Maintain purchase order records in the POS system and manage invoices and price tagging.
• Partner with store leaders and merchandisers on product placement on the styling floor.
• Manage daily replenishment and pull items for the styling floor and web orders.
• Conduct weekly checks for items returned to vendors and execute transfers between stores or to the warehouse.
• Execute weekly markdowns and help merchandiser keep sale sections organized.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness per company directives.
• Order store supplies weekly to ensure operations run smoothly.
