Job summary

Sorenson Communications in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Installer/Trainer to install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones and to train customers on use of the device. This full-time onsite role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

The position provides hourly pay with additional per-installation and service-call bonuses, plus benefits. Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, sales experience, and comfort working with seniors in hearing health.

Qualifications

Provide excellent customer service.
Ability to effectively communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
Willingness to drive and travel as needed.
Reliable, organized, and punctual.

Responsibilities

Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
Promote the CaptionCall service.
Assist Outreach Specialist with lead generation activities as needed.
Guide other CaptionCall activities and make recommendations for expanding the breadth and reach of the business.
Meet or exceed Installer/Trainer expectations and established goals.
Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
Submit invoices and feedback on interactions.
Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
