Job summary

Sorenson Communications in Ocala, FL is seeking a compassionate Installer/Trainer to help customers with hearing loss connect to the world. This part-time role involves hands-on installation, training customers at their homes, and promoting CaptionCall services.

Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
Basic computer knowledge and experience.
Experience in sales.
Experience in hearing health field.
Experience working with senior citizens.

Responsibilities

Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
Train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
Promote the CaptionCall service.
Create lead generation activities and generate referrals.
Attend and participate in trade shows and other corporate events as assigned.
Guide other CaptionCall activities and make recommendations for expanding the breadth and reach of the business.
Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates to aid and support local installations and events.
Complete service calls as assigned.
Accurately maintain customer records.
Complete required reports and submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
