Job summary

NIQ is seeking an Analyst to join our team in Minnesota. You will act as an industry insights category expert, delivering analysis and insights using NIQ data and tools to support clients’ business decisions.

You will develop efficient use of NIQ tools, understand client needs, translate data into compelling stories, and present ad-hoc analyses as needed. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience.
• Curious person who likes building stories based on data to answer business questions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of statistics
• Digital savvy
• Fast learner of concepts/tools/analyses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis and insights to delight clients and support informed business decisions.
• Develop efficient use of NIQ tools and metrics to answer client questions.
• Understand client needs and create relevant insights from retail measurement, panel data, and other NIQ datasets.
• Present analyses and insights to clients with guidance from your manager.
• Clarify business questions during the briefing process and tailor analyses accordingly.
• Translate data into compelling stories and visuals for clients.
