You control your schedule and coverage areas, earning based on number of patients treated. Our Cliniconnects app streamlines referrals and documentation, while our team provides support to focus on patient care.

Competenze

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Mansioni

• Deliver quality home health PT to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report patient response and adjust plan of care.
• Document care efficiently using EMR and Cliniconnects app.
