As an independent contractor, you control your schedule and coverage areas, take time off as needed, and earn based on per-visit rates. Our Cliniconnects app streamlines referrals and documentation so you can focus on treating patients.

Qualifikationen

• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the state board.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Smartphone required. Bilingual a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report patient response to treatment.
• Determine and implement the plan of care.
• Maintain clear documentation and coordinate with care team.
