Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered, direct care support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and independence-building tasks.
• Follow support plans to promote skill development and community participation.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and document changes.
• Complete accurate service documentation and session notes.
• Coordinate schedules with individuals and families.
• Work independently with a support team when needed.
