Job summary

Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus, LLC provides DSP services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Contractors support PAC, Respite, Day Habilitation, and related services in home and community settings.

Contractors work independently under an independent contractor agreement, with flexible client load and scheduling, and may select locations within their service area. Training and certifications are offered as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to and from clients location.
• Active Auto Insurance with proper coverage as recommended by an agent.
• Clean background check.
• HIPAA Course Completion

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered, direct care support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, mobility support, and independence-building tasks.
• Follow each individual’s support plan to promote skill development, communication, and community participation.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment while protecting dignity and privacy.
• Observe, document, and report changes in behavior, health, or well-being.
• Complete accurate service documentation and session notes.
• Communicate professionally with families, coordinators, and other providers.
• Coordinate schedules directly with individuals and families.
• Supervise and engage individuals during caregiver absences.
• Facilitate social, recreational, and skill-building activities in home and community settings.
• Support adults with meaningful daytime routines and community inclusion.
• Assist individuals in exploring employment interests and developing job readiness and workplace skills.
