Job summary

Empower Mental Health is seeking a licensed Audiologist to conduct Compensation & Pension evaluations for Veterans. This is a non-treatment role focusing on evaluation, testing, and documentation per VA requirements.

It provides flexible scheduling and an opportunity to supplement income without ongoing patient care or billing. The ideal candidate will have an active Audiologist license, access to calibrated equipment, and strong documentation skills to deliver objective, fact-based reports in

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Audiologist license.
• Calibrated audiometer capable of VA-required evaluations.
• Diagnostic tympanometer capability for tympanometry and reflex testing.
• Master's Degree or higher in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct C&P audiology evaluations for Veterans.
• Perform structured hearing loss and tinnitus evaluations per VA guidelines.
• Review medical records and obtain focused history.
• Perform audiometric testing and document findings in VA formats.
• Prepare clear, concise VA examination reports.
• Maintain objectivity and avoid influencing Veteran claims.
