Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate CNA/Home Health Aide to provide high-quality in-home care in Saint Petersburg, FL. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship.

This PRN role offers flexible hours based on client needs and caregiver availability, with a pay rate of 16.50 per hour and opportunities for ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional caregiving or home care experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
• Provide errands or transportation as needed
