Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical support to health plan members and private clients in your area. You’ll match with clients via the CareLinx app and set your own schedule, with both recurring shifts and per-diem opportunities.

Onboarded caregivers work with the CarePartner team to find the right matches based on location and availability. The role emphasizes dignity, privacy, and professional, compassionate care in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply).
Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
Must pass a background check.
Program-specific training and medical clearance may apply depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
