Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in Rocklin, CA. You set your availability in the CareLinx app and our team matches you with clients that fit your schedule and goals, offering both recurring shifts and per-diem opportunities.

On onboarding, you’ll work with the dedicated CarePartner team to find the right matches based on location and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or related education/certification.
• Must have access to a smartphone for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs and light housekeeping.
• Document and complete care tasks in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to CarePartner team.
• Submit timesheets on time via the app.
• Maintain patient privacy and dignity at all times.
• Communicate case updates with clients and team.
