Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Background check required.
• Program-specific training and medical clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, companionship, meal prep, mobility support, grooming, and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety; protect confidentiality.
