Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics is seeking an In-Home Pediatric BCBA to oversee clinical care, provide supervision, and develop treatment plans. The role supports in-home and telehealth services with flexible part-time schedules and opportunities for CEUs and quarterly bonuses.

The BCBA conducts assessments, trains Behavior Technicians, and ensures documentation is accurate and submitted timely, while maintaining compliance and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field per BACB guidelines.
• BCBA Certification or mid-level requirements per BACB guidelines.
• 1+ year experience working with children diagnosed with ASD.
• Completion of BACB 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical delivery of care by Behavior Technicians.
• Conducts initial and 6-month assessments and recommends plans to meet client goals.
• Provides supervision on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.
• Delivers parent training for at least 1 hour monthly.
• Develops child-specific Behavior Treatment plans.
• Ensures licensure and compliance requirements are up to date for staff.
• Ensures timely submission of required documentation for payer needs.
• Reviews Technician documentation for accuracy and quality.
