Powerback Pediatrics is seeking an in-home Pediatric BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to lead clinical care for clients, including assessments, behavior plan development, and supervision of Behavior Technicians. The position may blend in-home and telehealth services, with room to grow and balance flexible part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university meeting BACB guidelines.
• BCBA Certification OR Mid-Level market-specific requirements.
• 1+ year working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical aspects of client care and supervise staff.
• Ensure delivery of clinical services and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct initial and 6-month assessments to guide plans.
• Provide supervision on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technicians.
