Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home pediatric ABA services, with supervision of Behavior Technicians and development of client-specific behavior plans. The role combines in-home visits and telehealth to deliver high-quality care and drive outcomes for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university meeting BACB guidelines.
• BCBA certification or mid-level market requirements.
• 1+ year working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete the course within the first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical aspects of clients' care and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct initial and six-month assessments and develop plans driving client outcomes.
• Provide parent training for at least 1 hour per month.
• Ensure licensure and payer compliance and timely documentation.
• Coaching and feedback to Behavior Technicians to improve clinical delivery.
• Manage hours to meet prescribed service utilization.
