Powerback Pediatrics is seeking an in-home Pediatric ABA BCBA to oversee clinical care, supervise technicians, and drive outcomes with autism-focused plans. The role blends in-home visits and telehealth in Missouri, with quarterly bonuses and CEU opportunities.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and train families while coordinating with administrative support to maintain high-quality services.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree from an accredited university meeting BACB guidelines.
• BCBA Certification or mid-level requirements met.
• 1+ year working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within 60 days.

Aufgaben

• Oversees the clinical aspects of care and supervises Behavior Technicians.
• Oversees clinical delivery of care by Behavior Technicians.
• Conducts initial and 6-month assessments; recommends plans.
• Provides supervision on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.
• Delivers Parent Training for at least 1 hour monthly.
• Develops child-specific Behavior Treatment Plans.
• Ensures licensure and compliance for self and technicians.
• Returns required documentation timely to capture services rendered.
• Reviews technician documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Provides clinical feedback and coaching to staff.
• Ensures hours prescribed are met.
• Location may be a combination of in-home and telehealth.
