Job summary

Powerback is seeking an In-Home Pediatric ABA BCBA to oversee clinical care, assessments, and behavior plans for children with autism. The role includes supervising Behavior Technicians, training parents, and ensuring timely documentation.

The position may involve in-home visits and telehealth, with a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 per year and quarterly bonus opportunities. Benefits vary by full-time status.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university meeting BACB guidelines.
• BCBA Certification OR Mid-Level requirements met.
• 1+ year experience with children diagnosed with autism.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical aspects of clients' care, conducts assessments, develops behavior plans, trains technicians, ensures documentation accuracy and timely submission.
• Oversees clinical delivery of care including activities performed by Behavior Technicians.
• Conducts initial and six-month assessments and recommends plans aligned with client goals.
• Provides supervision for Behavior Technician services at a 10% ratio.
• Delivers Parent Training for at least 1 hour per month.
• Develops child-specific behavior treatment plans.
• Ensures licensure and compliance for self and technicians.

BACB supervision course 8-hour

Willing to complete supervision course within 60 days
