Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools across Georgia, under supervision of BCBA colleagues. You will help children reach meaningful goals and support families in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.

We offer flexible schedules (full- or part-time), competitive hourly pay based on experience, and strong professional development paths including BCBA supervision hours.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred (not required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
