Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Aufgaben

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity.
• Conduct bag and package checks per safety standards.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Partner with store leadership to maintain a safe shopping environment.
