Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet customers entering or exiting with a warm smile and friendly greeting to promote a sense of control and security.
• Monitor entrance/exit areas to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain safety and security standards.
• Provide support in shortage reduction programs and train associates on these processes.
