Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a part-time Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure shopping environment and provide excellent customer service. You will monitor entrances, greet customers, and report any theft incidents while upholding Burlington's values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to deter theft.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress standards.
• Assist in training associates on shortage-reduction programs.
