This role focuses on reducing theft, communicating with leadership, and supporting shortage reduction programs. Part-time schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays; base pay is $12.77 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits and high‑risk areas.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident greeting.
• Perform bag and package checks in accordance with safety standards.
• Identify theft indicators and report suspicious behavior to management.
• Support store leadership with shortage reduction programs.
