Responsibilities

• Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by demonstrating a command presence and professional conduct.
• Maintain a safe and secure store with attention to detail and strong teamwork with store leadership.
• Engage with customers and associates in high-risk shortage areas to promote safe, positive service.
• Display knowledge of top shortage areas and support programs to identify and reduce theft.
• Document indicators of external theft and coordinate with leadership and local law enforcement as needed.
• Support store manager with internal controls, POS monitoring, store audits, and Asset Protection programs.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training in shortage reduction programs.
• Assist in inventory preparation and action planning to reduce shortage.
• Model safety-first behaviors and disciplined handling of stressful situations.
