Burlington Stores in Louisville, KY is looking for a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on monitoring entrances/exits, reducing theft opportunities, and reporting incidents to management.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in customer service, retail, or asset protection, with strong communication skills and the ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet customers with a confident, friendly, and energetic greeting and provide excellent service.
