Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking an individual to provide safe, courteous transportation for residents to activities, while assisting passengers and maintaining vehicles. The role supports a senior living environment with emphasis on safety and service.

The driver position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, and potential CDL consideration if driving records meet standards. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Current CDL may be required with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Must be knowledgeable of safety precautions and comply with safety measures.
• Competent in organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely transportation for residents to activities with courteous service.
• Assist disabled passengers into and out of the vehicle.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraints to stabilize during trips.
• Operate radio, cell phone or pager to communicate with base or other vehicles.
• Maintain community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license plates renewal process.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition monthly and per trip.
