Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards and drive sales across assigned retailers. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and coordinate daily with the Territory Sales Lead to meet retailer and client expectations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Automobile liability insurance required
• Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management
• Educate customers on brand features and benefits
• Execute tasks and displays accurately per instructions
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain aesthetics
• Follow company policies and confidentiality
