Qualifications
- J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
- Experience in employment law including litigation and counseling.
- Ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently.
- Strong knowledge management and process management skills.
- Commitment to ethical business practices and EEO compliance.
Responsibilities
- Advise on employment law topics, including wage and hour, privacy, and discrimination.
- Draft and respond to demand letters, agency charges, and litigation matters.
- Represent clients in litigation and agency charges, ensuring conflict-of-interest protocols.
- Prepare and deliver training materials for staff and contingent workforce.
- Support litigation hold processes, audits, and government investigations.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance client service and improve efficiency.
