BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Labor and Employment Attorney in Broomfield, CO to handle a broad range of employment law matters and litigation, with flexible hours and a reduced-hours expectation.

You will advise on wage-and-hour, discrimination, and privacy issues, draft pleadings and responses, support training and KM responsibilities, and leverage AI tools to enhance client service.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Experience in employment law, including litigation and counseling.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
• Strong knowledge management and process management skills.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and EEO compliance.

Aufgaben

• Advise on employment law topics, including wage and hour, privacy, and discrimination.
• Draft and respond to demand letters, agency charges, and litigation matters.
• Represent clients in litigation and agency charges, ensuring conflict-of-interest protocols.
• Prepare and deliver training materials for staff and contingent workforce.
• Support litigation hold processes, audits, and government investigations.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance client service and improve efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge management practices for timely legal knowledge sharing.
