Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Labor and Employment Attorney in Denver, CO to provide comprehensive employment law and litigation services. The role supports a wide range of matters, including compliance initiatives, with flexible hours and reduced hours expectations.

The attorney will advise on wage/hour, privacy, discrimination, draft and respond to demand letters and charges, and represent clients in litigation and investigations, while utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency and knowledge

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Experience in employment law, including litigation and counseling.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently.
• Strong knowledge management and process management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employment law topics, including wage and hour, privacy, and discrimination.
• Draft and respond to demand letters, agency charges, and litigation matters.
• Represent clients in litigation and agency charges, ensuring conflict-of-interest protocols.
• Prepare and deliver training materials for staff and contingent workforce.
• Support litigation hold processes, audits, and government investigations.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance client service and improve efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge management practices for timely legal knowledge sharing.
