Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to deliver a positive guest experience, prepare quality food, and maintain a clean, safe dining area at our Nashville location. You will work at assigned stations, follow safety and sanitation standards, and support the team during busy periods.

This entry-level role requires at least 16 years old, enrollment in high school (or equivalent), reliable transportation, and willingness to work flexible hours, including opening/closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Enrollment in high school; diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Follow guest service guidelines to deliver SUPERSTAR service.
• Work assigned station(s); clean and stock; assist with other duties.
• Ensure hot, quality products; prepare, package and deliver per standards.
• Handle food safely; follow sanitation requirements for health and safety.
• Follow cash control guidelines to minimize costs; use supplies properly.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Perform other duties or projects as required.
