Job summary

Aflac Phoenix, AZ is looking for motivated individuals to become benefits advisors. You determine how much you earn through commissions, bonuses, residuals, and stock, with on-going training provided.

This role supports business owners by planning supplemental coverage and related services, backed by a trusted brand. Prior sales experience is welcome but not required; on-job training is built into onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Be self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
• Willing to become licensed insurance agent.

Responsibilities

• Sales: presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance on insurance products.
• Entrepreneurial ambitions: provide strategic and executable solutions to clients.
• Marketing strategy and lead generation.
• Build and manage customer/client/business owner relationships.
• Leadership and management of customer relationships.
• Benefits expertise: enroller, counselor, worksite liaison, communication preferences.
• Maintain state licensing (Life/Health or other).
