Job summary

Aflac Weatherford, TX is seeking an Insurance Agent in a full training program. You’ll be a benefits advisor working with business owners and HR to plan supplemental insurance and employee benefits, with on-the-job training provided.

You’ll enjoy flexible earning potential through commissions, bonuses, residuals, and stock, while building a local client base and leading customer relationships. Prior sales experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Be an advisor to business owners and HR representatives on supplemental insurance.
• Maintain state licensing (Life/Health) where applicable.
• Prior sales experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sales presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance and education on insurance products.
• Provide strategic and executable solutions to clients.
• Develop and implement marketing strategy and lead generation.
• Manage customer relationships and service for businesses and owners.
• Lead and manage relationships with clients and providers; deliver benefits expertise.
