Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Housing Finance, Real Estate Development, Urban and Regional Planning, Community Development, Business Management, Public Administration or related field.
• Four years of direct professional project management experience in housing programs or related developments.
• Experience with housing policy or related policy preferred.
• Knowledge of public administration principles and real estate market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manages affordable housing projects, including mixed-income/mixed-use developments.
• Coordinates from proposals through predevelopment, construction, completion, and conversion.
• Liaises with County agencies and external partners to ensure timely task completion.
• Performs financial analysis, underwriting, and feasibility reviews for housing projects.
• Represents DHCD and develops relationships with development partners.
